Code of Conduct and Business Ethics

MAXpower Group is committed to creating, fostering and maintaining a working environment built on the highest of ethical and moral standards.

MAXpower Group and all its employees are required to comply with its “Business Ethics and Code of Conduct” (the “Code”) and with the laws and regulations in place in the countries in which the MAXpower Group operates.

The Board of Directors of MAXpower Group has ultimate responsibility for the actions and affairs of all MAXpower Group stakeholders and for the implementation of the Code among all employees, assignees and representatives of the business.

MAXpower Group’s Code defines how we operate and manage business both domestically and internationally. The Board encourages all of MAXpower Group’s stakeholders to raise any concerns they may have about actual or potential violations of the Code and strictly prohibits reprisals against anyone who would raise, or help to address any of these concerns.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption
MAXpower Group’s “Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy” focuses on two key compliance pillars: “Laws, Rules and Regulations” and “Government Officials”. Its purpose is to enable all MAXpower Group personnel, assignees or representatives to identify and avoid situations that could potentially violate anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Non-compliant activities such as corruption contravene local and international regulations and can potentially expose MAXpower Group and its personnel, assignees and representatives to both criminal and civil sanctions including imprisonment. Compliance with all MAXpower Group policies and anti-corruption laws is mandatory across all countries of operation and all MAXpower Group’s stakeholders share responsibility for complying with MAXpower Group’s policies.

MAXpower believes that behind the achievement, its employees play a very important role with their core values which created the character of MAXPower. This character is defined into MAXPower Core Values. These Core Values are promoted and committed by all MAXPower stakeholders.

      Courage demonstrates and displays the attributes of person who makes the choice and willingness to confront uncertainty, intimidation and harassment in order to stand for what is right and ethical and defend integrity.
    2. Integrity
      Integrity demonstrates and displays the qualities of being honest, having strong moral principles, doing the right thing in a reliable way and acting in an ethical manner, is honest, trusted by their fellow colleagues, management and customers and is a person who is known for the highest ethical and moral standards.
    3. Accountability
      Accountability demonstrates and displays the obligation of an individual or organization to account for its activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the results in a transparent manner, takes ownership of their duties and responsibilities and consistently does what they say they will do.
