Maxpower Group’s 17th Anniversary Pre-event Series
Monday, July 26 2021/ In order to commemorate the 17th anniversary of the founding of Maxpower Group which falls in July 2021, this special moment is celebrated by organizing various online activities. The happy day was celebrated as a form of gratitude for all employees & the board of directors and commissioners of Maxpower Group when Indonesia was being overwhelmed by the COVID-19 outbreak. The theme for the 17th anniversary of Maxpower Group is Unity and Diversity POWER; so POWER itself is the company’s values which stands for Professionalism, Optimizing synergy, Working in safety, Ethic & integrity, and Resilient & adaptive. This theme was chosen because during their collaboration 17 years ago, all Maxpower Group employees with their diversity and differences were still able to maintain their work rhythm until they had to deal with adjustments to new work methods, work from home. However, this does not dampen the working relationship and the integrity of HR in carrying out activities that are not only seen from their respective identities, but also the spirit, creativity and ideas of everyone to take care of each other and survive together against the pandemic.
The series of activities to commemorate the 17th anniversary of Maxpower include the Inspiring Knowledge Sharing Webinar with Maxpower partners/partners, various special competitions for Maxpower employees, and the peak event which will be held on July 28, 2021.
The series of events held to commemorate the 17th anniversary of Maxpower are:
- Inspiring Knowledge Sharing with Firstasia Consultants with the theme “Knowing your personality to optimize work performance during uncertain times”.
- Inspiring Knowledge Sharing with Masyarakat Ketenagalistrikan Indonesia (MKI) with the theme “Steps and Roles of Businessmen and the Government in implementing the program to decarbonize the energy system in Indonesia”.
- Inspiring Knowledge Sharing with SAI Global with the theme “Whistleblowing System”.
- Inspiring Knowledge Sharing with Shell Indonesia with the theme “Energy Sustainability”.
- Inspiring Woman Talk with CEO of PT. Angkasa Pura Supports.
Maxpower Group Cares
One of the activities carried out by the management in commemoration of the 17th anniversary of Maxpower against the current conditions is to donate to the surrounding areas for residents of Jabodetabek who are currently self-isolating (ISOMAN) through Kitabisa.com. This is done as a form of Maxpower Group’s concern to help people in need, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak.
It is hoped that the various activities to celebrate Maxpower’s 17th anniversary are to encourage not only Maxpower Group employees & families, but also the entire public in dealing with difficult situations like this. As well as to foster the spirit of unity of all Maxpower Group employees since 17 years ago.s
Senin, 26 Juli 2021/ Dalam rangka untuk memperingati 17 tahun telah berdirinya Maxpower Group yang jatuh di bulan Juli 2021, momen istimewa tersebut dirayakan dengan menyelenggarakan beberagai kegiatan secara daring. Hari bahagia itu dirayakan sebagai wujud rasa syukur segenap karyawan & jajaran direksi serta komisaris Maxpower Group ketika Indonesia tengah dilingkupi wabah COVID-19. Tema yang diusung dalam perayaan 17 tahun Maxpower Group ini adalah Unity and Diversity POWER; jadi POWER sendiri adalah merupakan nilai-nilai perusahaan yang merupakan kepanjangan dari Professionalism, Optimizing synergy, Working in safety, Ethic & integrity, dan Resilient & adaptive. Tema ini diangkat karena selama bekerjasama sejak 17 tahun yang lalu, seluruh karyawan Maxpower Group dengan keanekaragamannya serta perbedaannya tetap dapat mempertahankan ritme kerja hingga harus berhadapan dengan adjustment metode bekerja baru yaitu work from home. Namun, hal ini tidak menyurutkan hubungan kerja serta integritas SDM dalam melaksanakan aktifitas yang tidak hanya dilihat dari indentitas masing-masing, tetapi juga spirit, kreatifitas dan ide dari setiap orang untuk saling menjaga dan bertahan bersama melawan pandemi.
Rangkaian kegiatan untuk memperingati 17 tahun Maxpower antara lain adalah Inspiring Sharing Knowledge Webinar bersama dengan mitra/ rekanan Maxpower, berbagai perlombaan khusus untuk karyawan Maxpower, dan acara puncak yang dilaksanakan di tanggal 28 Juli 2021.

- Inspiring Sharing Knowledge with SAI Global dengan tema “Whistleblowing System”.
- Inspiring Sharing Knowledge with Shell Indonesia dengan tema “Energy Sustainability”.
- Inspiring Woman Talk with CEO PT. Angkasa Pura Supports.
Maxpower Group Peduli Dengan Berbagi
Adapun salah 1 (satu) aktivitias yang dilakukan manajemen dalam rangka untuk memperingati 17 tahun Maxpower terhadap kondisi saat ini adalah memberikan donasi kepada sekitarnya kepada warga Jabodetabek yang sedang isolasi mandiri (ISOMAN) melalui Kitabisa.com. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kepedulian Maxpower Group untuk membantu orang-orang yang membutuhkan, terutama ketika wabah COVID-19 merebak.
Diharapkan dengan dilakukannya berbagai kegiatan dalam rangka untuk merayakan hari jadi Maxpower ke 17 tahun adalah untuk menyemangati tidak hanya karyawan & keluarga Maxpower Group, tetapi juga seluruh khalayak publik dalam menghadapi situasi sulit seperti ini. Dan juga untuk menumbuhkan semangat persatuan seluruh karyawan Maxpower Group sejal 17 tahun yang lalu.
