Jakarta, March 18, 2025 — In the spirit of sharing and fostering social responsibility during the holy month of Ramadan, PT Maxpower Indonesia hosted an Iftar gathering with orphans from the Wisata Sedekah Indonesia (WSI) Foundation. The event took place at Aloft Hotel, South Jakarta, and was attended by Maxpower’s Commissioners, Board of Directors, and employees.
In attendance were Maxpower Commissioner Endriartono Sutarto, along with members of the Board of Directors, including Fazil Erwin Alfitri, Priandika Permana, Arie Wibisono, and Dandy Prihandono. Their presence underscored Maxpower’s commitment to building harmonious relationships, not only within the workplace but also with the broader community.
The event commenced with a Qur’an recitation and its interpretation, delivered by Maxpower representatives Mr. Dody Irawan and Mrs. Ela Sastia, which added a solemn and reflective atmosphere to the gathering. This was followed by speeches from Board members Mr. Priandika Permana and Mr. Fazil Erwin Alfitri. In his address, Mr. Priandika provided updates on Maxpower’s ongoing strategic projects, including the Sagulung and Sekupang power plant developments, currently in the construction phase. He also highlighted Maxpower’s role as a key partner in the Bali Sunrise Project, contributing to the revitalization of a 99-hectare property in Nusa Dua, Bali.
The event continued with the distribution of charitable donations to the orphans from the WSI Foundation, reflecting the company’s commitment to social responsibility. The sense of unity was further strengthened through a group photo session involving all employees and the children.
As the time for breaking the fast approached, the gathering featured a brief religious sermon and a collective prayer led by an Ustadz, themed “Attain Forgiveness in Ramadan,” encouraging attendees to deepen their faith and spirit of generosity. Following the Iftar, the event concluded on a joyful note with the distribution of door prizes and entertainment in the form of a stand-up comedy performance by Maxpower representative Mr. Zul Afi Fadli, adding warmth and laughter to the evening.
Through this event, Maxpower Indonesia not only reinforced internal bonds among its employees but also demonstrated its ongoing commitment to making meaningful contributions to society.
