As part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, Maxpower Indonesia is providing IDR 50 million in funding to support the development and improvement of facilities at SMPP.
As part of its ongoing commitment to improving the quality of education, Maxpower Indonesia is providing financial assistance in the amount of IDR 50 million for the development and renovation of facilities at SMPP. In addition, this support includes HR capacity development and curriculum improvements aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching at the school. With better facilities and a more relevant curriculum, Maxpower Indonesia hopes that SMPP will continue to nurture young generations who are ready to face global challenges.
“We are very pleased to collaborate with SMP Prawira in enhancing the quality of education. We believe that education is the key to a better future, and through this CSR initiative, we hope to make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of education in Indonesia,” said Fazil Erwin Alfitri, CEO of Maxpower Indonesia.
Sekolah Menengah Pertama Prawira (SMPP) was established in 2009 under the name SMP Terbuka, in response to the need for affordable secondary education in the local community. At the time, the community faced challenges in accessing secondary education due to issues related to distance and cost.
In 2012, SMPP officially registered as a Secondary School after receiving the SK Yayasan Pendidikan Achmad Prawira-dikusumah. SMPP is located at Jl. Pagermaneuh, Pagerwangi, Lembang, West Bandung Regency, in a beautiful area characteristic of North Bandung. Situated at an elevation of 850-1000 meters above sea level, the school offers a peaceful and cool learning environment, surrounded by hills and mountains. The natural beauty of the area provides an ideal setting for a calm and conducive learning atmosphere, supporting the intellectual and emotional development of students.
Maxpower Indonesia hopes that this collaboration will serve as a positive example in supporting education in Indonesia. Through a strong partnership between the education sector and the business world, it is hoped that significant improvements in the quality of education across Indonesia will be achieved.
