Signing of MoU Between Maxpower Cogindo Batam and the Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP) of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia

[Batam, December 17, 2024] PT Maxpower Cogindo Batam (MCB), a subsidiary of Maxpower Group, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Vocational and Productivity Training for workers and prospective workers. This agreement was formalized by Mr. Wisnu Subroto, President Director of PT Maxpower Cogindo Batam, and witnessed by the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia and the Governor of the Riau Islands. This milestone underscores a shared commitment to advancing vocational training and productivity development in the region.

As a strategic subsidiary of Maxpower Group, Maxpower Cogindo Batam plays a pivotal role in delivering reliable and efficient energy solutions, particularly in the Batam area and its surroundings. Through this training program, PT Maxpower Cogindo Batam not only supports the development of a competent workforce but also adds value to the industrial sector in Batam. The signing ceremony was attended by the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Yassierli, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., Deputy Minister of Manpower, Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan, S.Sos., and the Governor of the Riau Islands, H. Ansar Ahmad, S.E., M.M. The event featured an interactive dialogue aimed at addressing strategic measures to develop a skilled and competitive workforce.

As a national industrial hub, Batam continues to grow rapidly, driven by the need for highly skilled labor. Through vocational training and productivity improvement initiatives, this program aims to produce superior human resources ready to meet industrial demands and compete on a global scale.
