Maxpower Holds Town Hall 2025 to Share Business Transformation and Strategic Direction
Jakarta, 8 December 2025 – PT Maxpower Indonesia (“Maxpower”) held its Town Hall Meeting 2025 on Monday, 8 December 2025, as a key internal communication forum to share the Company’s performance highlights, transformation journey, and strategic direction going forward. The event was attended by management and employees from across Maxpower Group’s operational units. The Town Hall 2025 served as a moment of reflection on Maxpower’s transformation since becoming part of the Medco Group in 2018. Over the years, the Company has strengthened its reputation, refined its business model, and continuously improved its operational and financial performance.
In his presentation, President Director of Maxpower Group, Mr. Fazil E. Alfitri, highlighted that Maxpower has undergone a fundamental strategic shift, particularly through its transition from short-term rental contracts to medium- and long-term agreements, as well as by strengthening its captive customer and industrial project portfolio.
“Since 2018, Maxpower has carried out a consistent and measurable transformation. We have built a stronger and healthier business foundation through long-term contracts, operational discipline, and strong governance. These efforts are essential to ensuring Maxpower’s sustainable growth in the years ahead,” said Mr. Fazil.
In addition to business and project performance, the Town Hall featured a presentation by Mr. Arie Wibisono, Chief Legal, Administration, and Office Affairs (CLAO) of Maxpower, who shared key achievements across departments under his supervision, particularly in strengthening governance, people development, and internal standardization.
As part of the Human Capital initiatives, Mr. Rangga Pradipta, Head of HCGA Maxpower, officially introduced the Learning Management System (LMS), a new digital learning platform designed to support continuous employee development. The LMS provides structured learning modules, improves access to training, and supports integrated capability and leadership development across the organization.
The Town Hall also highlighted cross-departmental collaboration between Corporate Communication and IT, with the introduction of a standardized corporate email signature across Maxpower Group. The initiative, presented by Mr. Deden Kurniawan, Head of Legal, Corporate Communication, and Compliance, aims to strengthen corporate identity, enhance professionalism in external communications, and ensure brand consistency.
Through Town Hall 2025, Maxpower reaffirmed its commitment to continue growing as a reliable, competitive, and long-term energy solutions provider, guided by strong principles of safety, people development, efficiency, and strategic collaboration.
