Knowledge Sharing : Business Presentation
Friday, October 1, 2020 / The ability to be able to communicate and present well is certainly one of the most important skills needed by organizations today. Therefore, Maxpower Group held Knowledge Sharing with the theme “Business Presentation: HOW TO MAKE PRESENTATION MORE EFFECTIVE, INTERESTING, & INTERACTIVE?” which will be held online on Friday, October 1, 2020 at 09.00 WIB.
In this session, the participants were invited together by speaker, Bayu Wisnu Aji as Business Development Sr. Manager of Maxpower Group to be able to make presentations more interesting, effective, and interactive. Bayu explained that before we make the content and present it, there are 2 important things that must be considered, there are knowing your audience and what is the purpose of the presentation.
By knowing the audience & objectives, we can create a “Big concept” so that the information to be delivered can be received well. Bayu also explained that the presentation content should be delivered briefly & simply, and add visual aids to add aesthetics in order to attract the attention of the audience. Visual aids can be in the form of attractive colour choices, the use of images, symbols, tables, charts, and so on.
Knowledge Sharing is regularly held by the Human Capital Department of Maxpower Group every once a week with fun and educational themes!
Jumat, 1 Oktober 2020/ Kemampuan untuk dapat berkomunikasi dan presentasi baik tentunya merupakan salah 1 (satu) skill penting yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi saat ini. Maka dari itu, Maxpower Group kembali menyelenggarakan Knowledge Sharing dengan tema “Business Presentation : HOW TO MAKE PRESENTATION MORE EFFECTIVE, INTERESTING, & INTERACTIVE?” yang diselenggarakan secara daring pada hari Jumat, 1 Oktober 2020 pada pukul 09.00 WIB.
Pada sesi kali ini, bersama-sama para peserta diajak oleh pembicara yaitu Bayu Wisnu Aji selaku Business Development Sr Manager Maxpower Group untuk dapat membuat presentasi menjadi lebih menarik, efektif, & interaktif. Bayu menjelaskan bahwa sebelum kita membuat materi & mempresentasikannya, ada 2 hal penting yang harus diperhatikan, yaitu mengetahui audience & tujuan dari presentasi tersebut.
Dengan mengetahui audience & tujuan tersebut, maka kita dapat membuat “Big concept” sehingga informasi yang ingin disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik. Bayu juga menjelaskan bahwa sebaiknya materi presentasi dapat disampaikan secara singkat & sederhana, serta dapat menambahkan Visual aids” untuk menambah estetika sehingga dapat menarik perhatian audience. Visual aids tersebut dapat berupa pemilihan warna yang menarik, penggunaan gambar, simbol-simbol, tabel, chart, dan lain sebagainya.
Knowledge Sharing secara rutin diselenggarakan oleh tim Human Capital Maxpower Group setiap 1 (satu) minggu sekali dengan tema-tema yang fun dan juga tentu edukatif!
