PLTMG 30 MW Baloi Project
Friday, 16 October 2020 / Maxpower Group held a ceremony event for the smooth running of the new PLTMG project with a capacity of 30 MW located in Baloi, Batam city, Riau Islands.
This project is the result of the consortium’s Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with PLN Batam on March 19, 2020. As for the land handover in accordance with the Minutes made, which is on October 1, 2020. PLTMG Baloi uses Rolls Royce Bergen gas engine with a medium speed of 4×7.7 MW.
This celebration event also invited interested parties such as officials and residents. In an orderly manner, employees from the Maxpower Group & invited guests follow the applicable safety & health protocols, such as the use of masks, maintaining distance, providing a place to wash hands, and using safety wear packs. The series of events started from praying together for the smooth & safety of the project and the workers and ended with the distribution of food / groceries to residents.
The hope is that PLTMG Baloi can provide sufficient electricity supply for all regions, and also to support the economic progress & development of Batam city.

Jumat, 16 Oktober 2020/ Maxpower Group menyelenggarakan acara syukuran demi kelancaran dari proyek PLTMG baru dengan kapasitas 30 MW yang berlokasi di Baloi, kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
Proyek ini masih dalam tahap konstruksi adalah hasil dari Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) konsorsium dengan PLN Batam pada tanggal 19 Maret 2020. Sedangkan untuk serah terima lahan sesuai dengan Berita Acara yang dibuat yaitu per tanggal 1 Oktober 2020. PLTMG Baloi menggunakan gas engine Rolls Royce Bergen medium speed 4×7.7 MW.
Acara syukuran ini turut mengundang pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan seperti pejabat dan penduduk setempat. Secara tertib baik karyawan dari Maxpower Group & juga para tamu undangan mengikuti protokoler keselamatan & kesehatan yang diberlakukan, seperti penggunaan masker, menjaga jarak, tersediannya tempat mencuci tangan, dan penggunaaan safety wearpack. Rangkaian acara dimulai dari berdoa Bersama untuk kelancaran & keselamatan proyek serta para pekerja, dan diakhiri dengan pembagian bahan pangan/ sembako kepada warga setempat.
Harapannya adalah agar PLTMG Baloi dapat memberikan pasokan Listrik yang cukup untuk semua daerah, dan juga demi mendukung kemajuan perekonomian & pembangunan kota Batam.
