Knowledge Sharing : Negotiation Skill (Theory & Case Study)

Friday, 20 November 2020 / Knowledge Sharing this time is held differently & special! Because in this session, Maxpower Group Business Development & Business Solution team specifically presented interesting insights about “Negotiation Skills”. With 3 (three) speakers who are of course experts in their respective fields, namely Bayu Wisnu Aji (Business Development Senior Manager), Rizki Aditya Nugraha (Head of Business Solution) & David Mayhendra (Commercial Solution Deputy Gm), who discussed one by one about negotiation skills that can be applied in our job.

In this session, the 1st speaker, Bayu, explained about basic knowledge on negotiation techniques, such as the importance of communication skills to be able to win negotiations or to find win-win solutions. Then an explanation of the types in negotiations that are important to know, so that we can determine the right strategy. In negotiating, it is important to know the goals & outcomes so that we can prepare well and don’t forget to continue to maintain / improve a good relationship. If the negotiations go well and generate results as expected, we will continue to evaluate, so that in the future we can do it better. Furthermore, the next speaker, Rizki and David, gave several case studies that can be used as examples of experiences in negotiating, in Batamindo & Baloi Maxpower Project.

Knowledge Sharing is regularly held by Human Capital Department of Maxpower Group every once a week with fun and educational themes!

Jumat, 20 November 2020/ Knowledge Sharing kali ini diselenggarakan berbeda & special! Karena di sesi ini, secara khusus menghadirkan tim Business Development & Business Solution Maxpower Group yang membagikan insight menarik mengenai “Negotiation Skill. Dengan 3 (tiga) pembicara yang tentunya ahli di bidangnya masing-masing, yaitu Bayu Wisnu Aji (Business Development Senior Manager), Rizki Aditya Nugraha (Head of Business Solution) & David Mayhendra (Commercial Solution Deputy Gm), yang mengupas satu-persatu mengenai negotiation skill yang dapat diterapkan dalam pekerjaan.

Pada sesi ini para pembicara pertama yaitu Bayu memberikan materi dasar mengenai teknik bernegosiasi, seperti pentingnya communication skill (kemampuan berbicara) untuk dapat memenangkan negosiasi atau menemukan win-win solution. Kemudian penjelasan tentangi tipe-tipe dalam negosiasi yang penting untuk diketahui agar kita dapat menentukan strategi yang benar. Dalam bernegosiasi penting untuk mengetahui tujuan/ outcome agar kita dapat melakukan persiapan dengan baik dan jangan lupa untuk terus mempertahankan/ improving good relationship. Apabila negoisasi berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan hasil sesuai diharapkan untuk tetap melakukan evaluasi, agar kedepannya kita dapat melakukannya lebih baik.  Selanjutnya pembicara selanjutnya yaitu Rizki dan David memberikan beberapa case study yang dapat dijadikan contoh pengalaman dalam bernegoisasi dalam project Batamindo & Baloi Maxpower.

Knowledge Sharing secara rutin diselenggarakan oleh tim Human Capital Maxpower Group setiap 1 (satu) minggu sekali dengan tema-tema yang fun dan juga tentu edukatif!
