Health Talk #1 “Vaksin Aman, Masyarakat Sehat”
Thursday, March 4, 2020 / Maxpower Group in collaboration with ACA Insurance, RS. Permata Depok and Proteksindo held Health Talk series 1 with the theme “Safe Vaccines, Healthy Communities” by presenting, dr. Fitrinilla Alresna, SP.PD, specialist doctor from Permata Depok Hospital. Health Talk # 1 was held online on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 09.00 WIB assisted by moderator, Anggi Retno Sarilita Yuantari as Recruitment & Training Specialist of Maxpower Group.
dr. Fitrinilla Alresna, SP.PD explained the importance of vaccines for humans to reduce the spread of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. Vaccines work by taking samples of the corona virus from several patients, then making antibodies to fight the virus by attaching them to viral proteins. Later, after being vaccinated, the immune system can respond to a live corona virus infection. The immune system has special cells called B cells that may store information about the coronavirus for years or even decades. B cells produce antibodies that stick to the corona virus and prevent the virus from entering the cells. Furthermore, dr. Fitrinilla socialized the “Vaksin Gotong Royong” program, which is an independent vaccination route. This regulation is contained in the Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes) Number 10 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Vaccinations in the Context of the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic (COVID-19). Through “Vaksin Gotong Royong”, companies can vaccinate COVID-19 outside of the vaccination program carried out by the government. For employees who are vaccinated, they are still free of charge.

Permata Depok dan Proteksindo menyelenggarakan Health Talk seri 1 dengan tema “Vaksin Aman, Masyarakat Sehat” dengan menghadirkan pembicara dr. Fitrinilla Alresna, SP.PD, dokter spesialis dari Rumah Sakit Permata Depok. Health Talk #1 ini diselenggarakan secara daring pada hari Kamis, 4 Februari 2021 pada pukul 09.00 WIB dibantu oleh moderator yaitu Anggi Retno Sarilita Yuantari selaku Recruitment & Training Specialist Maxpower Group.
dr. Fitrinilla Alresna, SP.PD menjelaskan mengenai betapa pentingnya vaksin kepada manusia untuk memperkecil tingkat penyebaran kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia. Vaksin bekerja dengan cara mengambil sampel virus corona dari beberapa pasien, kemudian membuat antibodi untuk melawan virus tersebut dengan cara menempelkan pada protein virus. Nantinya setelah divaksinasi, sistem kekebalan tubuh dapat merespons infeksi virus corona hidup. Sistem kekebalan tubuh memiliki sel khusus yang disebut sel B yang mungkin menyimpan informasi tentang virus corona selama bertahun-tahun atau bahkan beberapa dekade. Sel B menghasilkan antibodi yang menempel pada virus corona dan mencegah virus memasuki sel. Selanjutnya dr. Fitrinilla mensosialisasikan mengenai program “Vaksin Gotong Royong” yang merupakan jalur vaksinasi mandiri. Peraturan ini termuat dalam Permenkes Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 tentang Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Dalam vaksinasi gotong royong, perusahaan bisa melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19 di luar vaksinasi program yang dilakukan pemerintah. Bagi karyawan yang divaksin, tetap tidak dikenakan biaya (gratis).
