
Maxpower Supports Young Talent Development through Universitas Borneo Tarakan’s Career Guidance Program
Tarakan, North Kalimantan, 7 July 2026 – PT Maxpower Indonesia (“Maxpower”) reaffirmed its commitment to developing future talent by participating in the 41st Career Guidance Program for Graduation Candidates organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Representing the company, Sinta Sri Ramadania, S.T., shared her professional experience and insights with graduating engineering students. The initiative reflects Maxpower’s commitment to supporting young talent development while strengthening collaboration with educational institutions in its operational areas.
The Career Guidance Program is an annual initiative organized by the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Borneo Tarakan to prepare graduating students for the professional workplace. Now in its third year, the program equips participants with practical insights, professional mindsets, and strategies to navigate the increasingly competitive industrial landscape. Through this initiative, the Faculty reaffirms its commitment to producing graduates who are not only academically accomplished but also ready to enter the workforce.
This year’s program featured Sinta Sri Ramadania, S.T., an alumna of the Faculty of Engineering who currently serves at PT Maxpower Indonesia. Her participation offered students a practical perspective on the transition from university life to the professional workplace, illustrating how engineering knowledge can be applied within the power generation industry.
During the sharing session, Sinta discussed her professional journey, from entering the workforce to navigating challenges in the energy industry. She also emphasized the importance of adaptability, communication, continuous learning, and problem-solving as key competencies required in today’s professional environment.
“The professional world is not defined solely by what is written on a diploma, but by how we combine technical expertise with adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. These competencies are essential for continuous growth in an industry that is constantly evolving,” said Sinta.
Arie Wibisono, Chief Legal and Administration Officer of PT Maxpower Indonesia, said that collaboration with educational institutions forms an important part of the company’s commitment to developing Indonesia’s future workforce.
