Interview Story: The Journey of Theodora Natalia D. in Maxpower Group

Theodora, started her journey at Maxpower Group in November 2014 as a Logistic and Procurement staff under the Supply Chain Management team. After four years, she was entrusted with the role of Legal Secretary and Document Controller within the Legal team from November 2018 to September 2022. Currently, she has been given the opportunity to further enhance her skills and knowledge by joining the Business Development team as a Proposal & Tender Specialist. Here’s her inspiring story:

Career Milestones at MPI:

November 2014 to November 2018: Logistic and Procurement staff under Supply Chain Management.

November 2018 to September 2022: Legal Secretary and Document Controller under the Legal team.

September 2022 to present: Reassigned to the Business Development team as a Proposal & Tender Specialist.

“Why did you choose to take on the challenge of moving to your current department?”

Theodora explained that she has a passion for learning new things and taking on strategic roles. Joining the Proposal & Tender team provides her with the opportunity to support projects and convey their requirements in proposals that meet customer expectations. Additionally, she strives for zero mistakes when participating in tenders.

“Challenges faced in previous and current positions:”

Theodora acknowledged that there have been various challenges throughout her journey. In her current role with the Business Development team, they handle a wide range of projects, not only with PLN  but also with private companies from different sectors. She emphasized the importance of supporting the BD team in meeting project requirements, fulfilling customer expectations, and navigating the tender process with zero mistakes.

“Tips for overcoming challenges in the workplace:”

Theodora’s advice is simple yet powerful: “Pray for the work you do and do the work you pray for. Talk less, do more.” She believes that maintaining a positive mindset, focusing on actions rather than words, and continuously improving oneself are key to facing and overcoming workplace challenges.
